Heal Yourself First

If you are coming out of a hurting and/or toxic relationship, it is my advice to you to give yourself some time.

Usually, when we come out of trying relationships, we are totally spent.

•We have given ourselves to make the relationship work.
•We have given ourselves to change for the other person.
•We have given ourselves to take necessary and unnecessary blame.
•We have given ourselves to love and give when we didn’t want to.
•We have given ourselves to love and give when we weren’t being reciprocated in return.
•We have given ourselves to love and give when our partners and third parties treated us as if we were childish to want to be loved and given to in return.

In many cases, we gave when had so little to give ourselves.

Now, that the relationship is over focus on YOU!

•Focus on and replenish the man or woman that got neglected.

•Focus on and replenish the man or woman that was denied.

•Focus on and replenish the man or woman that was left hurting and empty.

Focus on the man or woman that you want to be as opposed to the man or woman that you tried to be for someone else.
